CMAS** Diver
This certification confirms that after this diving training you will:
● have necessary theoretical and practical knowledge
● have been diving during the night, possibly under ice, in the river, lake or sea
● safely dive in open water areas down to max. 25m depth
CMAS** divers have knowledge about:
● the water (river, lake or sea) and its inhabitants
● organization of dives and dive site selection, including safety rules
● considerate behaviour towards nature & environment and stick to it
Requirements:
● completed 15 years of age
(in the case of minors, signatory of a child)
● valid medical certificate for scuba diving
● CMAS* Brevet (or equivalent)
● at least 30 dives, of which 10 are between 15 .. 25m
Graduation:
● written theory examination
● 6 .. 8 dives in open water
● special courses "Compass Diving" and "Rescue Techniques"
Recognition:
The CMAS.CH 2-Star diving certification (CMAS**) is valid worldwide by the CMAS diving organization as a internationally valid certificate "Plongeur deux étoiles CMAS” or "CMAS Two Stars Diver" and is recognized internationally with this card.
